The Hall of History is filled with memories of many World War II veterans... of family members, neighbors and campers who served in the armed forces. Modern rest rooms are located half way down on the left and, at the end of the hall, doors open up to a Banquet Room that seats 125 people.
The Quilting Room has authentic clothing made from feed bags and other outfits from Virginia Morris when she was a toddler.
Beside the Banquet Room, you may eat in unique rooms next to many of the theme rooms or in here. Many camping groups stay at the convenience sites with water and electric hook ups located outside of the Museum and use the Museum for various events. One of the highlights of this arrangements is the amusing and informative tour of the museum by its owner- Clyde Morris.
Clyde Morris served in the Navy and was sent to help clean up after the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
What makes this Museum so endearing to its visitors is the warm and personal feeling they have as soon as they enter the door. The visitor is quickly transported back 100 years or more especially to the time of the owner's parents.
Edith and Ernest Morris- as they were on their 50th Wedding Anniversary. They are the parents of Clyde Morris
Estelle and Charles Brauer  on their wedding day. They are the parents of Virginia Morris.
And then there are the pictures of Clyde and Virginia when they were courting.... before they were married... before they had three children... before they had...    MORRIS MEADOWS
